This is how I’ve done mine. This was actually inspired by the Duck with Hoisin sauce from my study trip to the recovery colleges in London. I think it is the purple onions.
But of course the saseme seeds too!
The meat is simply fried with a little sprinkle of flour to make it crispy. Season it lightly with a little pinch of salt and oregano too…
As for the salad, add whatever floats your boat 🙂 I’ve added cucumber, lettuce and honestly, this is a very very simple tortilla with really good taste. recommend!
